WAILING WALL |
|
Welcome
to the PH Virtual Wall of
Lamentation
|
|
Post
your fortunes, misfortunes and/or
grievances in the Wailing Wall Web Site! |

|
|
The
Wailing Wall, where Jews from all over the world
come to pray and write down their requests,
desires, misfortunes and grievances in a note
which they insert in a crack of the Wailing
Wall, awaiting Divine resolution. It is an
old custom that once the note is placed in the
Wall, their requests may or should be granted by
God and their misfortunes and grievances
resolved by Divine intervention. |
|

|
|
These
notes are collected from time to time and are
then burried as holy artifacts. Using modern
technology, one can also e-mail or fax a note
and have it inserted into one of the cracks for
a fee. |
|
|
|
| The
Wailing Wall is located in the Western Wall of
the Old City of Jerusalem. It is the section of
the Western supporting wall of the Temple Mount
which has remained intact since the destruction
of the Second Jerusalem Temple (70 C.E.). It
became the most sacred spot in Jewish religious
and national consciousness and tradition by
virtue of its proximity to the Western Wall of
the Holy of Holies in the Temple, from which,
according to numerous sources, the Divine
Presence never departed |

Mission
& Vision: |
|
As Rule of Law is
often substituted by the Rule
of Money, Force, Power and Deception, rampant
inter-personal & inter & intra-familial legal conflicts are
permanently left unresolved leading to a frustrated
Society, with the only recourse of Divine intervention. |
|
With a
Virtual Wall of Lamentation, we intend: |
 |
To
eradicate Social Engineering, Hypocricy and Game
Theory through Social Therapy for the betterment of
Philippine Society. |
 |
To
ventilate inter & intra personal and familial fortunes,
desires, grievances and misfortunes by offering a medium
of Sociological Awareness. |
 |
To
offer a free & open window, where anyone can publish personal good fortunes and
abundance as well as social injustices and grievances, to subject them to public,
societal scrutiny
and general information. |
 |
To
offer well-meaning, decent citizens a recourse to Social
Pressure and shame as a means of Social Justice. |
